Pinyin Practice

I’m reading Generational Learning Styles by Julie Coates. It’s pretty interesting. Her summation of learning theories over the past century was quick and accessible. The cyclical trends of generations and nature of their learning preferences is compelling. I do wonder if there might be a tendency to accept one’s generation’s behaviors much like we associate with our astrological characteristics. And this acceptance might be even more dangerous since it’s less new-agey. But then again, what harm does it do? If it helps me understand students’ and instructors’ needs that much better, then great. Today’s poll is reflective of my reading. I’m curious what kinds of learners are coming to my site.
